StarletKids Photography –
Terms & Conditions

At Starletkids Photography, we are committed to delivering high-quality photography experiences with professionalism, creativity, and care. By booking a session with Starletkids Photography, clients agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

  • Starletkids Photography provides professional photography services specializing in children’s portfolios, fashion shoots, studio sessions, and brand collaborations.

  • The scope of services, including session duration, number of edited images, deliverables, styling, and package inclusions, shall be as specified in the package selected at the time of booking.

  • Any additional services requested beyond the selected package may attract extra charges.

2. Payments

  • A non-refundable booking amount/retainer fee is required to confirm and secure the session date.

  • The remaining balance amount must be cleared at least 48 (forty-eight) hours prior to the scheduled session.

  • Failure to complete payment within the specified timeline may result in cancellation or rescheduling of the booking.

  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specifically mentioned.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Any cancellation made after confirmation of the booking shall be treated as non-refundable.

  • Starletkids Photography reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to emergencies, technical issues, unavoidable circumstances, or unsuitable weather conditions for outdoor shoots.

  • In such cases, an alternative session date shall be provided based on mutual availability.

4. Copyright & Usage

  • Starletkids Photography retains the sole copyright and ownership of all photographs, raw files, edited images, videos, and creative content produced during the session.

  • Clients are granted a limited personal-use license to download, print, and share the delivered images for non-commercial purposes.

  • Commercial usage, publication, advertisements, promotions, contests, resale, or third-party usage of the images shall require prior written permission and may be subject to separate licensing fees.

  • Unless a written privacy or confidentiality request is submitted by the client prior to the session, Starletkids Photography reserves the right to use images and videos for promotional, marketing, social media, portfolio, website, and advertising purposes.

5. Liability & Safety

  • Parents, guardians, or accompanying adults must remain present throughout the session and shall be fully responsible for the safety, behavior, and well-being of the child during the shoot.

  • While all reasonable precautions are taken to ensure a safe environment, Starletkids Photography shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, damage, allergies, or unforeseen incidents occurring during the session or at the studio/location.

  • Clients are responsible for informing Starletkids Photography in advance about any medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or special requirements relevant to the child or participant.

6. Governing Law

  • Final edited photographs and deliverables shall be shared within the estimated timeline communicated at the time of booking or session completion.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on workload, festive seasons, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Raw/unedited images shall not be shared unless specifically agreed in writing.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, bookings, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking with Starletkids Photography, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
