Starletkids Photography – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Starletkids Photography, we value your time and our commitment to delivering exceptional photography experiences. This Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy outlines the terms applicable to all portfolio shoots, studio sessions, and related bookings.

1. Booking Confirmation & Client Cancellations

  • A session shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable booking amount/deposit.

  • The booking amount is reserved exclusively for the scheduled date and time slot.

  • Any cancellation made after confirmation of the session shall be treated as non-refundable.

  • Any promotional, discounted, or specially offered packages shall remain non-refundable unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may request rescheduling of the session at least 3 (three) days prior to the scheduled appointment time, subject to slot availability.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 3 (three) days may be accepted solely at the discretion of Starletkids Photography.

  • Only one complimentary rescheduling request may be accommodated per booking. Any additional rescheduling requests may attract applicable rescheduling charges.

3. Cancellation by Starletkids Photography

  • In unforeseen circumstances where Starletkids Photography is unable to conduct the scheduled session, the client shall be offered an option to reschedule the session at no additional cost.

4. No-Shows & Delayed Arrivals

  • Failure of the client to appear for the scheduled session without prior notice shall be treated as a “No-Show,” resulting in complete forfeiture of the booking amount and any fees paid.

  • Clients are requested to arrive on time for the session.

  • Delays exceeding 30 (thirty) minutes may result in cancellation, shortening of session duration, or rescheduling subject to availability and additional charges.

  • Starletkids Photography follows a strict no-refund policy.

6. Force Majeure

Starletkids Photography shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Floods

  • Fires

  • Pandemics

  • Government restrictions

  • War

  • Civil disturbances

  • Strikes

  • Technical failures

  • Any other force majeure events.

In such situations, sessions may be rescheduled based on mutual availability.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to bookings, services, or this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

8. Acceptance of Policy

By confirming a booking with Starletkids Photography, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
